I have run upon a rather annoying feature in TBC. I chose Import OWL/RDFS Library from the Web, and selected some set of libraries.
I get the message "Scanning URL <url>". OK so far. I apparently have a proxy error (I think), so the libraries will not load. I had accepted the default of *all* libraries, so there were several attempts to import/scan different libraries. While this is going on, I am getting many Operation Failed pop-ups--a little annoying, but not unexpected. The annoying part is, if I am fast enough to close the windows, and can get access to the Import dialog, the Cancel button is disabled, and the X to close the window tells me that I can't close the window until I end the process (which I can't do). So it forces me to wait until it has tried all options, and then to close each dialog window. This isn't a major problem, but was annoying...
