Unfortunately this issue is not something that can be easily reproduced. The
databases we use here to test d2rq work fine. Personally, I do demos with
d2rq all the time without any problems.

To reproduce and trace down your problem, we would need to have your
specific database and then, probably, have the same set up as you in terms
of the physical DBMS.

We've done the preliminary checking to see if we could figure this out from
the error, for example. So far no luck although Scott invested quite a bit
of time.

Since this is a problem that will require a couple of days of work, we will
need to put it in the assignment queue. In the mean time, you can send us
the database (if you have not done this already) and let us know what DBMS
(including the version) you are using.
