Hmm, I have no further ideas then. The library we are using is called openrdf-sesame-2.1.2-onejar.jar, but I assume that 2.1 is still able to talk to 2.2 servers.
So you are saying that the write worked OK (and you can see the triples with 3rd party software), but reading via TopBraid did not work. Can you connect to the remote Sesame repository outside of SM, i.e. using File > New ...?
