If you have multi-lingual language tags on rdfs:label's, set "Use rdfs:label where possible" on, and have language properly configured in preferences, then if you customize form layout, TopBraid Composer (3.0.1) will display labels in random languages. If you remove all the tbc files containing the formatting models from the project, Composer correctly displays the selected language, so for sure it the root cause is in the code that handles the layout from customizations. Is this Babelizer feature a known bug? I went to a lot of trouble adding those language labels :(
