Scott,

The Excel File was 2003. I tried placeing the xls files in the TBc
folder, then import them into OWL format (did not directly try to
import into an ontology) and all 4 failed. Holger has the files and is
working on it.

Thanks for clarifying the "Best Practice" for importing files.
