Hello Derek, After opening Software Updates..., please click on "Refresh" in the "Available Software" dialog. This seems an issue in Eclipse 3.4. Then re-try installing TopBraid Composer from the update site. You don't need to install other features. TopBraid Composer update site will install the required features automatically.
