Hi Joe,
this feature has been removed. It is no longer a supported part of the
Jena code base, and has become outdated with OWL 2 anyway. The notion
of OWL Lite, OWL DL and OWL Full has changed quite a bit. I recommend
external tools such as
http://owl.cs.manchester.ac.uk/validator/
For these tasks. We may want to integrate such functionality in the
future.
