Hmmm, I would think it is RDF/XML since it starts with rdf:Description etc.
But anyway, I have now 3.2 installed. Defined a test ontology, activated owl2 and defined adatatypeproperty called posttalCode. Now I want to give it a range not being just xsd:string but a new userdefined type called PostalCode that is based on the xsd:string but could be further constraint ... How do I actually do that .....
