Barry, firstly, I am curious about where you are doing this:

Is this the Graph sub-tab for a form?  I'm not clear on how your are
getting a web site to appear in Composer.  Can you explain a bit more?

In terms of Ensemble, there are some Flex limitations with displaying
html, but we are working to provide some solutions and are interested
in this application as a possibility.
