Barry,

In TBE, you will be able to click on the URL and have a browser window open
if the field is specified as rich text. The URLs do not need to be in angle
brackets for this to work. You are likely to need a separate property for
this - different from the one you are using for images.

To implement this, go to the Forms Layout, select the property and then
select Preferred Widget Type as RichTextArea. This will only be applicable
for Datatype and Annotation properties. Save the changes in TBC and refresh
sessions in the TBL console before reopening the application.

Regards,

Irene

Barry, firstly, I am curious about where you are doing this:

<URI is a link to either a website or a jpg file I can view both
the sources via the graph pane, by right clicking on the link.>

Is this the Graph sub-tab for a form? I'm not clear on how your are
getting a web site to appear in Composer. Can you explain a bit more?

In terms of Ensemble, there are some Flex limitations with displaying
html, but we are working to provide some solutions and are interested
in this application as a possibility.
