try this query to get all resources from unabbreviated namespaces:

SELECT DISTINCT ?subject
WHERE {
    ?subject a ?object .
        FILTER (!spl:hasValue(?subject, rdf:type, owl:Ontology))
        FILTER isIRI(?subject) .
        LET (?qname := smf:qname(?subject)) .
        FILTER (fn:starts-with(?qname, "<"))
}
