Amazing, the power of Sparql for model debugging ! :) (if you know how to do it)

Your query found the problem, a stupid typo. Now the export/merge gives RDF/XML
Abbreviated.
Also the joseki/tdb is now ok.

Thx a lot, Michel

Michel

try this query to get all resources from unabbreviated namespaces:

SELECT DISTINCT ?subject
WHERE {
    ?subject a ?object .
FILTER (!spl:hasValue(?subject, rdf:type, owl:Ontology)) FILTER isIRI(?subject)
.
LET (?qname := smf:qname(?subject)) .
FILTER (fn:starts-with(?qname, "<"))
}

        In small example rdf/xml abbrev. Is ok.
        In our large example (with many nested imports) it(the wizard) still
switches to owl/rdf abbrev.

        You said earlier this is because prefixes are missing.
        Is there a quick way to see which ones are actually missing?

        Michel; The problem is that rdf:about requires URIs. If you replace
your qnames with the URIs, the model works as expected.

        My mistake - there are no typos. Sorry about that.

                Michel; I didn't see any errors, just warnings. Some of the
warnings are from some typos, such as datatypes:SustainabilityLabel vs.

                datatypes:sustainabilityLabel. Others are just warnings that
the type is undefined. But a check for the type triples (e.g. wall:Wall
rdf:type ?type) reveals that these are present (probably just some late type
binding). The warnings can be ignored.

                        We just changed our OWL generation in such a way that
we now everywhere used the defined name spaced instead of fully uri's.

                        However, in this situation we get an enormous omount of
non-type resource errors/warnings.

                        I made a simple example (att.).

                        When you open the building.owl you see the errors.

                        it says wall:Wall, room:Room are untyped...but they
seem to be imported correctly....

                        any idea? thx Michel
