In Composer or Ensemble? If in Ensemble, this is expected, as it is a
session-based client application. To refresh, you would need to
refresh your sessions. Choose TBL Admin from the Ensemble console and
clear all sessions choose Session Management. Note this will also
remove the temporary session files TBC-ME opens for debugging
purposes.

Also, to be clear, TBC-ME simulates the TBL server. Normally you
would not have access to the server (as you did when resetting
inferences in Composer), so the steps you outline would not be
possible. The inferences would not be saved unless you specifically
did a Save Data.
