Stanley; It appears you saved the data. If you save from either Ensemble or Composer, the changes will be saved.
Re-setting inferences in Composer will have no effect because you have executed a script, not inferences from Composer. The script applies TopSPIN and inserts into the session graph <http://tb-session> (note that the query is an INSERT, not a CONSTRUCT). The user then has the choice of saving that data or not. I.e. the script is designed to be executed from Ensemble, not Composer.
