I don't think there are any size limitations, and any RDF serialization should 
preserve the characters. I have not tried this myself, so if you encounter 
problems with that then send us a follow-up. I personally find embedding binary 
data into triples a bit strange because you could also keep them as normal Web 
resources (and reference them via URIs), but I don't know your use case, and 
you may have good reasons for doing that.
