Gerrick; For an example, see the recent blog on using TBL as a SPARQL
Endpoint http://topquadrantblog.blogspot.com/.  The HTML page at
http://www.topquadrant.com/products/FAQ_Examples/LiveSPARQLendpoint.html
uses a simple HTML form to call TopBraid Live (via a SPARQLMotion
script).  As Holger suggests, just set the method attribute to post to
use HTTP POST.
