Sina, You can toggle to human-readable labels (person icon on the top of TBC) and then toggle to group classes by namespace (an icon composed of three tiny class icons arranged in a triangle on the bottom left of the Classes view). All classes will be shown using their labels and will be grouped by the namespace prefix. You will not, however, see class hierarchy information with these options.

I understand this may not make any sense but is helpful to identify classes by their human readable label to make relationship between them when importing multiple ontologies into the main ontology.
