Bradley; I take it you mean the SPARQL Endpoint.  This is a standard
protocol that takes a SPARQL query as input and returns a standard XML
representation of the results.

If interactive queries are desired, I'd suggest the SPARQL Editor view
in Ensemble.  This can be linked to a result grid to show results in a
tabular form that can be selected to view contents in an Ensemble
form, etc.
