Tim, there are some examples in the TQ blog titled "How to: Publish your Linked Data with TopBraid Live SPARQL Endpoints" (http:// topquadrantblog.blogspot.com/2010/05/how-to-publish-your-linked-data- with.html), which also describes how TopBraid Live can be used to define a SPARQL Endpoint.
