Our user has been using your product since April and continues to complain about poor performance. We’ve tried various flavors of Windows (32/64 bit) and Linux, all to no avail. He feels every solution we have provided is too slow.
I’d like to get some insight from someone (perhaps someone on the development team) that can help us improve the performance of the product. Our team is pretty clever, and any information on the product that could help us get this corrected is appreciated. What can I do to make this happen?
