Tried that and it works fine. I'd suggest refreshing your library. Click on the TopBraid library and choose Import... > Refresh TopBraid RDF/OWL Library from the Web.
Beyond that, take a look at the error log (Window > Show View > Error Log) and see if there is anything that may indicate what is going on. I'm not sure what you mean by "I created a project in the file system". For Composer, it is essential that the project be created in the Navigator (yes, this is stored in the file system, but also includes Eclipse project metadata). Perhaps a description of how you open a file in Composer will shed some light on the issue.
