Michel; In general an untyped resource warning simply means that a resource does not have an rdf:type triple associated with it. This isn't an error, as RDF does not require that resources are typed. But is is often an indicator that there is something wrong with an RDFS or OWL model, hence we provide warning statements for untyped resources.
In this case, it seems that there are some resource, such a mm:Function and mm:Object that are untyped, and it seems like these should be owl:Class definitions.
