Anh; TopBraid Ensemble has a set of pre-built Flex components.
Information on how to customize these components, invoke server-side
scripts, and develop full Web-based applications can be found at
http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TB_Ensemble.html. The 'TopBraid
Application Development Quickstart Guide' and 'TopBraid Ensemble
Application Development Guide' on that page are particularly helpful.

Yes, full Web-based applications can be created with Ensemble. To
remove tabs, ctl-click the shaded area next to the tab. You can
arrange the components by draging/dropping the tabs to areas of the
browser window and re-sizing the components. Then save your custom
application in your workspace project by choosing the Save App" button
at the top. The aforementioned guides will be useful for getting you
started developing Web applications.
