Once again thanks for providing such a great set of tools!
I am having a problem with TBC 3.4.4. free. I am adding a spin:constraint to a
model.
This is the basic construct.
CONSTRUCT {
_:b0 a spin:ConstraintViolation .
_:b0 spin:violationRoot ?this .
_:b0 spin:violationPath rdf:type .
_:b0 rdfs:label "UCR20: Max one link to HSSP per entry." .
}
WHERE {
?this a core:Protein .
?this rdfs:seeAlso ?link .
?link core:database "HSSP" .
}
I then type
GROUP BY ?link HAVING (count(?link) >1 )
constraint is then box is black with an ok.
I hit enter.
The GROUP BY ?link HAVING (count(?link) > 1) disappears.
Is there something wrong with this statement or is it not yet supported and I
need to wait for SPARQL 1.1. finalization? Or do I need to upgrade?
