Jerven; Grouped solution sets are aggregates that operate over query
solutions for SELECT queries. Therefore you will need to specify you
query with a sub-select:
CONSTRUCT {
_:b0 a spin:ConstraintViolation .
_:b0 spin:violationRoot ?this .
_:b0 spin:violationPath rdf:type .
_:b0 rdfs:label "UCR20: Max one link to HSSP per entry." .
}
WHERE {
SELECT *
{ ?this a core:Protein .
?this rdfs:seeAlso ?link .
?link core:database "HSSP" .
} GROUP BY ?link HAVING (count(?link) >1 )
}
