Tim; I believe it's path names that are too long.  If you unzip to a shallow path name, such as C:/TBC-ME351, I think it will work.

The issue is not unique to TBC but to Eclipse.  I unzipped with
Windows explorer with decided to silently skip files that had names
that were long.  unzipping with 7-Zip was the fix.
