George; When TBC-ME does start up, is there anything in the log that could indicate why the slow startup and/or reasons for the failure to startup on previous attempts? Anything you can find would be helpful. There are reports that startup is slower the first time than in previous version of OS X, due to project updates. Subsequent startup times should be OK. At least that's my experience.
