Ah, yes, that is confusing. The (right-click) Compare With comes from Eclipse, so it may be better for the RDF diff to be more descriptive, such as "Compare Selected RDF model with...", which would also provide a hint that the comparison is between the currently selected model and another. We'll get that in our bug tracker.
