Because these sometimes evolve from one release to the next, a new release can have difficulty using a workspace created with an earlier release because these projects are out of date for that release. To get around this, you have two options: - Delete the system projects (server.topbraidlive.org, TopBraid, evn.topbraidlive.org, sample.evn.topbraidlive.org, and facet.topbraidlive.org) and restart TBC. When it finds that they are missing, it will recreate new ones. - Create a new workspace and import the projects you need from the old workspace to the new one. I usually use the second approach, keeping my old workspaces as a backup. This also means that you can't have two different releases of TopBraid using the same workspace. This could also be the problem behind the issue you described in your message "Error when calling from Ensemble a SPARQL Motion Script (that runs inference) for the first time after restarting in 3.5.2".
