With respect to assigning the preferred language, the default for my 
installation of Maestro 4.1 was "en en-US", but the language tag I'd 
brought in from an external source was "EN".  I had to revise from "en" to 
"EN" to get the proper rendering.  Thanks very much for the instruction 
provided here ... I'm just providing a qualification that case seems to 
matter in the interpretation of the parameter value.  Would be useful to 
make this case-insensitive. (unless there are negative consequences of
