Yes, please see http://topquadrant.com/topbraid/evn/42doc/adminguide.html#advanced-evn-debugging.  The overall procedure is to create the vocabularies in EVN.  This creates the proper metadata for change management, etc., in a set of connector files.  The files have no data, just connectors to the data back-end set up in the EVN Server Configuration page. Then copy the Vocabulary project (again see the ServerConfiguration in the EVN Server Configuration page) to your TopBraid Composer desktop application.  Use Import... > General > Existing Projects into Workspace to copy these connectors into Composer's workspace.
