Hello,

Since December 27th, I have been experiencing many problems with my TBC. I 
was told to remove TBC from my machine and do a fresh install. I tried 
doing so, but I still always get the same errors.

I think the issue is that I am not completely removing all associated 
files. Right now, I am deleting;
1- the workspace
2- the application folder

Are there other locations which I should be looking into to make sure that 
all files are deleted?
