Paul,
I went to that URL in Chrome and downloaded the RDF/XML, which I saved
to the workspace as intervals.rdf. This opens without problems for me.
It does try to load the owl:imports though, and a networking issue could
explain why it appears to "hang" if the network of one of the imports is
down or unreliable.
Importing it from the Import from URL wizard in TBC also seems to work.
The other test to directly import the URL into another local graph also
seems to work for me.
So I am sorry but I cannot reproduce an error here. Have you tried this
multiple times?
Thanks,
Holger

in TBCSE Version: 4.4.0 on Mac.
System hangs.
Parsing it outside TBC using jena seems to work.
