Hi Jack,
as you say it is hard to narrow down something on vague scenario
descriptions. I assume you are defining all your SPIN functions in
.spin. files? I am asking because otherwise the visibility of functions
depends on whether they are part of the currently active file (and its
owl:imports) in TBC. And that may explain the rather random behavior
that you are seeing.
In general, the menu item System > Refresh TopBraid System registries
should do the reset without a need to close windows.
