Hmm, sorry I have no other suggestion at this stage. Would need to "see"

just fine until they stopped working. In fact, I have 3 graphs open, the
vocabulary, the spin file and the magic properties file. And, as I mentioned,
many SPARQL tabs. The same thing happened to me last night after posting this
question. Closing all the graphs fixed the problem and I only had 4 or 5 SPARQL
tabs open at the time so it wasn't quite so painful.
