Yes, Irene, I have. Thank you. As you know, there are only 2 ways to deploy
a project to TBL (from TBC or from TBL), and we have used both. By the way,
although this question is a bit orthogonal, how come TBL has 'Upload
Project' and 'Delete Project' options but no 'Close Project' option? What
if I want to have 2 similar (but possibly conflicting) projects on the
server but only have one of them active at a time?

Anyway, the physical deployment of a project is not what we are concerned
about here. Our concern is with multiple people or teams being involved
with the project contents and staging various versions for deployment (from
desktop to local server to public server to publicly-available server) with
broader tests and security requirements at each deployment stage.

The mechanisms I described are those I have experienced in commercial
software development and I am looking for ways people here (and with TQ, if
applicable) have used to accomplish the same with semantic projects.

We have come up with some potential mechanisms and policies but we are
looking for input from others since surely others have moved beyond toy
systems to commercial systems. One such mechanism I described above, of
having multiple projects and opening/closing them for testing on a live
server, but that option doesn't appear possible with TBL.
