I ran this with <myswp>&_context=<uri> and got the error below. I reran it 
with my test class (which specifies the context) and I got no error but I 
got a blank screen. So I tried adding &_matchIds="<foo>" (to match my ui:id 
definition) and again got a blank page. Then I decided to show the page 
source and I see that tbc has added <html><head><body>, when my SWP has 
these already because I wanted to define some style values for the table. 
Might this be the problem? Can I move my <style>...</style> definitions to 
ui:headIncludes? I'll try it just in case.
