I fixed my own problem! I moved the <style>...</style> definitions to 
ui:headIncludes and removed the <head><body> elements from my SWP. It still 
worked in TBC. Then I had to add a ui:responseType to my SWP class, and it 
worked! Sorry to bother everyone with this.
