AFAIK it is not possible to completely recreate a Sequence diagram from an existing model. Lifelines and BehaviorSpecification are the only elements that could be restored graphically. This is a known limitation : see http://gforge.enseeiht.fr/tracker/?func=detail&group_id=52&aid=1700&atid=133
