There are indeed some issues while installing Topcased v2.0.0 using p2 mechanism because of missing dependencies not explicitly declared. This will be fixed in the next 2.1.0 release (planned for the end of the week). Sorry for the inconvenience ... A temporary solution would consist in installing manually all the missing dependencies (they are listed in the release note).
