Hi Thibault, thanks for the answer. In fact the problem comes from the generation: I only regenerate the diagrams and not the editor... So part of the modifications was not taken into account.

You should have a look at the "org.topcased.modeler.preferences.AbstractTopcasedPreferenceInitializer" and the extension point : "topcasedPreferenceInitializer" You can also have a look to the UML and SysML editor that implement this new API.
