Emilien,

Thank you for the guidance.  I was able to get the RCP downloaded.  I will try to run it but I would also like to get a confirmation that this is all I need.  That is, do I need to download or import anything else.  The installation instructions do not differentiate between RCP and the custom Eclipse load as far as updating.  If it is good as is, I can just move on.  But if I need to download anything, I am still stuck at not being able to determine what or where to get it.

Additionally, does the RCP result in any limitations?  Can I add things just as if I was using a custom Eclipse?

I am sorry for the html tags below, but this is the way I am getting it from the archives.

Thank you,
Ray

Hi Ray,<br>
<br>
If you just want to install Topcased, you can download it from the link

available from this page: <a

<br>
This version is a all in one packaged Topcased with all needed
dependencies. You just have to unzip it.<br>
The steps you talk about in your mail help you to install Topcased too,
but it is mainly used when you want to install it in a custom Eclipse
platform with specific embedded components.<br>
<br>
Hope it will help you.<br>
<br>
regards,<br>
<br>
Emilien<br>
