Thanks for response, but I'm still getting a different error; I changed
the link in the available site to point out the right galileo download site.
In my Eclipse I already have a site that contains the right link (I
think is an Eclipse defined site : Eclipse Galileo Release) so I
selected this entry and started the update; now the error messages are:
Network connection problems encountered during search.
Unable to access "http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/";.

It seems that the galilelo download site is still not accessible, and
there are other error in accessing Topcased 3.5 download site.
Have you any additional information that can help me?

It is right, in the topcased bookmark, the link to eclipse update site
was out of date or wrong.
I have modify this, you can re-download it, or you can modify the link
in "Install New software" of eclipse and select "available sites"
select this address : "http://download.eclipse.org/galileo/releases/";
and click on "Edit".
Replace the link by :
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/

I have imported the Topcased sites from xml file reported in the
Topcased installation guide. It seems that the Eclipse update site
is down or wrong.
I've tried some days ago and today reporting the same error.
