The plugin org.topcased.rsm.reverse.metamodel can be found into this
repository :
http://gforge.enseeiht.fr/scm/viewvc.php/plugins/tools/?root=topcased-bus
Unfortunately, this plugin is not maintained since several years and
should not work with your current RSM version. Anyway, I can provide you
the famous MM.ecore (I will send it by mail).
Finally, you will be able to use the RSM to Topcased transformation as
described in the tutorial.

I do not know the plug-in you are talking about but I can give you the
way we did it.
In RSM, do an export as uml resource (I assume it is a UML model).
Make sure to check the option to export stereotypes if you have some.
Then, in TOPCASED, create a umldi giving this uml model.
And finally, configure the graphical settings of your project as they
were in RSM.
After that, you can drag&drop your elements in new diagrams.
In some cases, you can use the auto-layout tool to save time.

Trying to import an RSM model into Topcased, I found out I needed the

but did not find the plugin.
I am assuming there was some update since then (e.g.
org.topcased.import.emxdi_2.5.1.v200911301720) but I did not find how
to generate
the MM.ecore file out of RSM as described in TPC_WP6.3_USER_003.
Any help would be very much appreciated,
