I think I have to re-open this ticket, it still happens almost daily to my
instance, Tor 0.2.9.14-1 on Debian 9.3 (stretch). It's now getting to the
point where it's not only annoying to have it restart, but also the OOM
kills sometimes affect other processes and daemons now.
I've tried to go down with the MaxMemInQueues setting until it the OOM
kills stop happening, but it's now at < 500MB and the problem still
occurs.
It would be really nice to solve the root cause of this.
