What exactly did you do to retrieve a password reminder? Did you just go
to the [[https://lists.torproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/options/metrics-
team|options page]] and requested a mail?
If you want to reset the mailing list password the best is to create a
ticket and request it. I or another person will reset the pw and send it
to you in an encrypted mail.
