Two further failures: 1) David Baron's idea to cut the setTimeout lag
further down does not seem to work here (see:
http://dbaron.org/log/20100309-faster-timeouts). 2) xul-window-visible is
fired too late (the window which is not properly resized yet is visible
shortly).
