Why do you expect your bridge bandwidth to be fully used?

How many clients are using your bridge?
Please paste a heartbeat log line into your reply.

How are you measuring the speed?

What have you tried to do to change the speed? What happened?

Many ISPs have limits. Many of them don't tell you about them.
