# Activities of February 2017 - Revised prop224 HS descriptor code to implement the double-layer encryption and conform to the latest spec version (#21334).
- Refactored the HS circuitmap subsystem to accept both service-side and relay-side circuits (#20657) - Wrote a submodule that implements the HS time period logic from prop224 (#20657) - Started writing a submodule that implements the full HS ntor handshake (#20657).
