Hello,

Recently, in Mexico, due to the increased wave of drug related violence, the
use of social networks such as Facebook and Twitter has increased for
reporting on the events related to this "war". Yet, there are some recent
events that make the use of anonymous proxies such as Tor for protection of
the integrity of the users a high priority. The implementation of a recent
law trying to regulate social networks, incarceration of two twitter
users, and the killing of two alleged "twitter snitches" by drug cartel
members, makes crucial the use of anonymous networks such as Tor for
preserving the Freedom of information and the Freedom of speech online. I
have personally recommended several users the use of Tor, but they get in
trouble with an user interface in totally in English, so I would be glad to
collaborate to its full translation into Spanish. If you can provide me some
guidelines for the file names if you need something especial, since I plan
using diff patch's to the files you have in translation webpage. Also,
access to the rest of the pages needing translation would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Luis Navarro.
